Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 48bd platform — including but not limited to the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slots section, crash games, and any promotional feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 48bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 48bd platform and close your account.

48bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players accessing the 48bd platform from Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use the 48bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 48bd platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your place of residence before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — whether maintained by 48bd directly or through a third-party responsible gaming programme — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

48bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by 48bd may result in account restriction or permanent closure, with any pending withdrawals subject to review.

If 48bd determines that you registered in breach of any eligibility condition, all betting activity and transactions conducted through your account may be declared void, and your account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one active account on the 48bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 48bd account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change at any point during your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 48bd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was performed by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 48bd support immediately at support@48bd.io. 48bd will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account; however, 48bd accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

48bd reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide valid government-issued identification and supporting documentation as requested.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 48bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 48bd is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank, subject to the availability of each method at the time of transaction. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your 48bd account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. 48bd accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawals requested to bKash or Nagad wallets are ordinarily processed within five minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to compliance checks.

Withdrawal conditions: You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine betting activity. 48bd reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and to delay or withhold payment pending completion of a compliance review. If a compliance review identifies irregular activity, 48bd may void the relevant transactions and return the deposited principal to the originating payment method.

Payment method consistency: 48bd requires that withdrawals be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may trigger an anti-money-laundering investigation and account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

48bd offers a range of promotional offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the specific matter in conflict.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards fulfilling a wagering requirement. Sports betting wagers typically contribute at a different rate from casino games. The specific contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to bonus stacking without legitimate play, use of automated betting systems, or systematic exploitation of offer structures — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Eligibility: 48bd reserves the right to restrict the availability of any promotion to specific player segments or geographic regions, and to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion without liability. Promotions are valid only for the period stated and are subject to withdrawal without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 48bd sportsbook are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. 48bd does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets, except where cancellation is explicitly permitted under the rules applicable to the specific sport or market.

Sportsbook: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet. In-play odds are updated in real time; 48bd is not responsible for connectivity interruptions that may prevent a player from accessing updated odds during a live event.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond a specified period, obvious pricing errors, or where the integrity of the event is called into question. 48bd's decision regarding void bets is final.

Casino games: All casino games offered on 48bd use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is disclosed on the individual game page. All live casino games are provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those suppliers' game rules in addition to these Terms.

Maximum winnings: 48bd may impose maximum winnings limits on specific games, markets, or bet types. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed in the relevant game or market description. In the event that a software error results in a displayed win that exceeds the published maximum, the maximum limit will apply and the excess will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 48bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Money laundering: Using the 48bd platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. 48bd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market, including but not limited to soft-playing in poker or sharing betting intelligence.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the 48bd platform for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or avoiding account limitations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with a 48bd transaction. All such incidents will be investigated and may result in account suspension and legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 48bd platform — including but not limited to the platform name and brand identity, logos, graphics, user interface design, text, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of 48bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 48bd platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 48bd's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, framing, or mirroring the platform on any other website or application — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

48bd collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

48bd implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption of all data transmissions and restricted internal access controls.

48bd does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 48bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 48bd platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 48bd had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

48bd does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 48bd is not liable for any losses caused by platform unavailability, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, 48bd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 48bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by 48bd's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

48bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 48bd platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and request account closure.

In the event that a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, 48bd will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the contact details associated with your account, where practicable.

Governing Rules & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, subject matter, or validity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules and principles applicable to the 48bd platform's operations.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account decision, you must first contact 48bd customer support at support@48bd.io and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 calendar days for 48bd to investigate and respond. 48bd's internal dispute resolution process is the first and mandatory step before any other remedy is pursued.

All decisions made by 48bd in connection with bet settlements, game outcomes, and account management are made in good faith and are considered final unless a clear and demonstrable error on the part of 48bd can be established. Disagreement with the outcome of a bet does not constitute grounds for a dispute.
